James Pritchett
James Pritchett was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sielox, Inc. on January 20, 2009.  Prior to his appointment, Mr. Pritchett served as President of Costar Video Systems, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, since June 2006. From March 2001 until June 2006, Mr. Pritchett was the President of Video Solutions Technology Center, LLC and a director of Southern Imaging, Inc.  He is a former executive officer of Ultrak, Inc., a publicly-trade company that manufactured and sold products for the security and surveillance and industrial video markets, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1988-1997 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1997 until March 1999.

Scott Switzer
Scott Switzer was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Sielox, Inc. on June 14, 2011. Mr. Switzer, who has been with the Company since 2001, has served as the Company's controller since August 2008. Prior to that, he was the controller of Costar Video Systems, LLC and a consultant with Accenture.
